Self Assessment?

How do we deal with the chaos that we feel inside? How do we address conflicting emotions that we feel? Are we in control of these feelings? Did we create such emotions within ourselves? Feelings such as guilt, resentment, unhappiness, doubt and many other negativism that dulls our day and dooms our faces. In this world of fast-paced life and big expectations how do we cope up? Talk to friends who also are busy trying to put things together? Who are also full of the world and are also like you so fed up with doing and thinking about everything?
Is it such a challenge to just for a moment stand still and relax? Pause for a while and let go of all the worries in life? Not think about the job. The expenses. The money. The House. The Mortgage. The Car. And all other things that occupy our minds and take away our that "kid-stuff" that enable us to live our life easily. Carefree. Hassle Free. I wonder how do we rekindle that spirit?. That easy-going, live-life-each-day attitude? Then and only then we wouldn't even have to worry about the fine lines showing in our faces.

Responding to Text Messages

The advancement of technology has created a way for us to communicate easily. Internet chat, video conferences, phone calls and texting.
Millions of Text messages are sent daily. It's cheap, random and of course the receivers reaction could not be seen nor heard.. But do we need to reply to all messages we receive? When we receive a quote or a joke or some story that makes you laugh or cry, does this mean that we have to say thanks? Or reply what was our reaction? Or just do nothing and keep you thoughts to yourself?
What about when a superior sends an instruction? I sit deem proper to say " Acknowledge"? What about "Copy". or "Okay" which means I received the message. Then what?
